These terms apply when you submit music through Electrosyrup’s demo form. By submitting, you confirm that you understand and agree to them.
01 / AUTHORITY
You can submit the music
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and that you own or control the submitted material or have authority from everyone whose rights are involved to submit it for label consideration.
Do not submit material that unlawfully uses another person’s recording, composition, performance, image or other protected work.
02 / OWNERSHIP
No rights are transferred
You retain ownership of your music and submission materials. You give Electrosyrup a limited, non-exclusive permission to access, store, copy internally and share the submitted material with relevant team members or professional advisers solely to evaluate a possible working relationship and manage the submission.
Electrosyrup will not release, distribute, publicly post, license or commercially exploit your music without a separate written agreement.
03 / REVIEW
No promise of a deal or reply
Submitting music does not create a recording, publishing, management, agency, partnership or other commercial relationship. Electrosyrup is not obliged to review a submission within a particular period, provide feedback, reply or offer an agreement.
You remain free to submit the music elsewhere and to accept another opportunity unless you later enter a separate written agreement that says otherwise.
04 / SIMILAR MATERIAL
Independent work may be similar
Electrosyrup, its artists or other submitters may already be developing music, titles, concepts or creative ideas that resemble something in your submission. Mere similarity does not establish that your material was copied or used. Nothing in these terms permits Electrosyrup to copy protectable material from your submission.
05 / LINKS & CONFIDENTIALITY
Send only what is ready to be reviewed
Keep your private link active and make sure the label can access it without requesting extra permissions. Do not attach audio files or include passwords, financial details or other sensitive information in the form.
Submissions are handled for internal evaluation, but Electrosyrup does not accept a legal duty of confidentiality merely because a track is submitted. If material requires a formal non-disclosure agreement before review, do not use the form.
06 / INFORMATION
Submission data
Personal information supplied with a demo is handled under the Electrosyrup Privacy Policy. You can ask us to remove a pending submission, although information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal or administrative purposes.
